Return and Refund Policy

- BJ Positive Wear offers a 14 day period for any claim from the delivery date.

- Returns are at the customer's expense since the inflation of the post office

- BJ Positive Wear does not offer exchanges. All returns are refunded to the original method of payment (excluding shipping costs).

- To be eligible for a refund and return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags attached.

- We require a receipt or proof of purchase for your return (order number, personal contact information, etc.).

- All sale items are non- returnable.

- Underwear cannot be returned . Refund does not apply.

- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

- If the item is not in good condition, BJ Positive Wear can apply a partial refund; that is, 50% of the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs).

- The returned package is the responsibility of the Customer until BJ Positive Wear acknowledges having received it.

- If the returned package is not compliant, the costs of returning it to you are your responsibility.

Steps to follow:

  1. Read the conditions below
  2. Check that your garment is free of animal hair, odors and traces of deodorant.
  3. Fold it carefully
  4. Fill out the form: indicate your name, first name, and order number
  5. Slip the form into the package
  6. Drop off your package and track its progress

Return and refund of defective products (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is processed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
